But again no matter what we are ranked and what the other ACC teams are ranked isn’t the conf.champs guaranteed to be in?
OMG.

LOLIf Keionte is out no chance we can win these next 3. He’s been the piece that keeps this defense going with no natural replacement.
now they are saying that there's no guarantee the ACC winner gets a bid, especially if it's Duke
there won't be three. They will be lucky to get 1And for the 7 ACC teams who can still make the conference championship game; we’re all about to clash with each other soon.
Pitt v GT
Duke v UVA
SMU v UL
Pitt v UM
I’m now less worried about us making it if we handle business as I am more intrigued if another ACC team gets in.
GT winning out then losing in the ACC championship game would make it dicey but not definitive to knock us out as in that scenario GT would’ve beat UGA.
I see more of the upside to get 3 than the chance of the conference getting 0.
The 5 highest conference champion is in, lets say duke wins the ACC, USF wins the the AAC and JMU wins the sunbelt, if JMU and USF are ranked higher than they both get in as conference champions. But again no matter what we are ranked and what the other ACC teams are ranked isn’t the conf.champs guaranteed to be in?
Not necessarily. Only the highest 5 rated champs get in. It could happen to any conference. I remember last season when the Big 12 had like 5 teams in the running last year there was some small talk of the AAC champ getting with Boise over the Big 12. Which is why I think we will get moved up ahead of say BYU or Utah if it comes down it.But again no matter what we are ranked and what the other ACC teams are ranked isn’t the conf.champs guaranteed to be in?
Don't forget Vandy. The 5 highest conference champion is in, lets say duke wins the ACC, USF wins the the AAC and JMU wins the sunbelt, if JMU and USF are ranked higher than they both get in as conference champions.
EITHER WAY WE ARE OUT. We are aiming at the 10# spot.
We need 4 of 5 of the following to lose 1 game:
ND, Texas, OU, Utah, BYU
ending the season with the same amount of losses as Louisville is not a situation I want to be in, seeing as they likely wont win the ACC and therefore would have the same argument over us that we have over ND for an at largeI think we want Louisville to beat Clemson.
***** an ACC Championship birth. We want Louisville to remain ranked until they play SMU.
Fair enough.ending the season with the same amount of losses as Louisville is not a situation I want to be in, seeing as they likely wont win the ACC and therefore would have the same argument over us that we have over ND for an at large
Exactly!!! That been the topic of discussion all year…specifically the offense.
Need to come out of the gate this week on offense. It is KILLING them
We win out and we’re gucci. I doubt it'll come down to Miami and Bama on the outs again. We aren’t getting in over Bama with the same record, need as many SEC teams to have 3 losses as possible.
I can see the committee have us jump teams like Vandy, BYU and Utah if we win out even if they do as well. We saw it this week with us jumping 1 loss GT. That ND win would carry a lot of weight if they keep winning. The 5 highest conference champion is in, lets say duke wins the ACC, USF wins the the AAC and JMU wins the sunbelt, if JMU and USF are ranked higher than they both get in as conference champions.

We need 5 of 6 of the following to lose 1 game:

Yea until the ACCCG becomes realistic, #10 needs to be our goal. Root for MN(Oregon’s opponent), UGA, Bama, TCU and Baylor this week. Even close games for the last two. And I hope Mario gets out of his own ******* way and runs it up vs NcST.The 5 highest conference champion is in, lets say duke wins the ACC, USF wins the the AAC and JMU wins the sunbelt, if JMU and USF are ranked higher than they both get in as conference champions.
