That because every year he has a team with multiple major faults somewhere. Not making excuses for K. Actually blaming him. This year it was the lack of 3 pt shooting, lack of offensive creativity, and lack of depth (Duke only went 6-7 deep most of the year. Same amount of bodies UM used. It was at the end of the season in the ACC tourney when he decided to use Goldwire more.) Last year Duke had bad point guard play, no rebounding, and a horrible bench. Injuries killed them that Tatum/Giles year.

I rep K because his accomplishments but besides the last Championship, he has not impressed me. If anyone/team is over hyped, it’s Coach K. I believe if you give Self, Roy Williams, Calapari and even Coach L this years Duke team and they run through everyone. Maybe lose 2-3 games at the most.

Coach K just rolled the ball out there and said go, literally no coaching. It was basically your local rec center type of o. Set some high screens or just throw in post.

Nope. Love everything UM. Been “riding Dukes nuts” since I was 6. Around the same time I latched onto UM. I probably latched onto Duke first. I remember Lattiner, Hurley, and Hill. Earliest moments of UM I can remember is when Kenny Kelly joined UM. Not to mention I lived in North Carolina for a lil bit as a child.

It’s weird around here man. You can like UM and not be from the area but it’s outlandish to like UNC, Duke, UK, etc if you’re not from those areas. People usually fall in love with teams when they are young that they see winning or have players they really like. Even more so, if you’re from an area where that team was *** when you were a kid growing up or doesn’t have pro teams or big college programs
