A question for me is how he got to Clarion. As a Pennsylvania native, I can tell you Clarion is in the middle of the forests in Northwest PA, To say it is in the middle of nowhere would understate its isolation. The nearest metropolis is Eire but it isn't very close. Also, he seems to have extensive special teams experience.

I was going to say the same thing. If that dude could produce at Clarion, he at least has the necessary survival skills.

Being from Erie originally I couldn’t help but smirk when you referred to it as a “Metropolis”. Pittsburgh is a somewhat close but the scenery in those areas doesn’t change much haha

But yeah I went down to Clarion many times in the college days. The Miami people here would think they were on another planet

There is an article on him in a Clarion St newsletter where he cites one of the Pace assistant coaches who was originally from western Pennsylvania. This coach knew the coaches at that program.

Man I can hear the banjos from here haha

Allegheny is a pretty good school. I’m sure the guys here would love it’s Liberal Arts program.

Small world, lake effect snow storm as I type. I’d post a pic, but it would look no different than the background of this forum.

And, to be honest, Meadville and Clarion actually no longer look much different than some inland south Florida areas; no banjos.
