You're setting yourself up for a serious let down if you think just changing a coach will magically change that. There are no silver bullets regardless which route you take. At this point, you try to eke out wins until reinforcements arrive.

Does that mean Enos is the guy to do it? That's a different question.

There is plenty of talent on offense, with obvious exception of OL. And, I’m not convinced the OL issues aren’t simply a lack of experience coupled with trash coaching and play calling.

As I've stated in the past, our talent is unbalanced. It's not in the right spots. It does not make for a good unit.

Also, add in lack of talent and we've hit the grand slam. What else is there?
