Exactly. It's just all talk and speculation. Why must we wait to fire a horrible AD? I can at least understand giving a 1st yr head coach more than a year but c'mon man.
 
No surprise here. What’’s telling to me is that Manny and the Flake don’t have the foresight to understand what an asset Zo would have been. They both are hedging their bets on themselves and unless the wins pile up, both will be gone sooner rather than later.
 
I really want to know why ppl are so sure that Blake will be gone if we have another "bad" year. What if we go 8-5?? To me that's "another bad year" but to "them" that can look like an improvement. And voila! There goes Blakey again.

I’d be fine with this if we took the money and hired a real staff. A lot of our coaches have not been good enough. The only place that hasn’t disappointed me is TE and that might just be because Brevin is a superstar. All of this staff can be upgraded if we are seriously trying to win

I agree, we all thought, including Manny, that Enos was going to be the savior.

But Rhett actually has the stats to back it up and has a lot better resume than Enos.

YES This is exactly what I am thinking. What is bar for them? There's nothing concrete out there as to what constitutes
failure short of a season like this year or worse. What is 8-4? 9-3? Less issues, etc. I don't see anyone putting any kind of concrete measuring stick public. Really frustrating....

i think he wants an NFL gig or an NFL type paying gig. dont blame him, but if the Omar Kelly report on NYE is correct (which seems so), he may have been the moment an NFL job came calling.
