I'm now living in QUEBEC and know one thing, poutine is a food that's very addictive. I had to cut down cause it was me or poutine. I chose both. Like a marriage

I lived in Canada for several years but never ate poutine. Just couldn’t bring myself to do that to my body.

I used to play pick up basketball with Alonzo at Cutler Ridge Jr High when I was a kid, I think he was a senior in HS at the time, he was a beast.
 
Poutine is a food group in Quebec. Poutine in the rest of Canada is subpar. La Banquise (Montreal) is the gold standard for poutine. Sherko, Romberg, Mercier were all brought south by Kehoe, I think. Were there others?

Lots of poutine to try. I prefer mine as unhealthy as possible. Extra cheese and add some bacon.
 
The takeaway is:
"In anything I do, I want to make sure that I am the best at it......anything".
Zo is driven and to use him in Miami, ( I don't give a sh^^ if he dies his hair for SoFla,) he can come in and change things right now..........
Guaranteed we would start winning, and show some considerable backbone...to our present Canes.

Uhhhh, poutine must have fresh (i.e., squeaky) white cheddar curds, which don't 'melt'....they just get 'soft' (like our OL and DL)....everything else is just fries with gravy and melted cheese.... :)
