Was doing some thinking and I just remembered some of the great moments and performances by some men back in the days. Orange and green truly means a lot and is special.
I don't think Miami will ever be back until we start having players put the team on their back and take over a game. Doesn't have to be Sean Taylor vs FSU, just has to be something that puts us over the top even if its just for that one game. We need some guys to over achieve and to put on a big time show. I'm talking about career highs being broken or matched by a different player every game, or even the same player just repeatedly doing something amazing.
Things like:
-Having a WR just break a long TD off YAC
-RB making something happen out of nothing
-Kaaya doing something out of the norm like going beast mode and doing his best Ben Roethlisberger impression and going deep after breaking 2 tackles...
-One of our DT's turning into Vince Wilfork
-A CB/Safety with multiple INT's to include a pick 6, or a forced fumble like Jamal Carter did against FAU that pretty much ended the game.
But anyways, I think this is the year we start seeing those amazing plays come back.
What cane do you see making the first defining moment this year?
