This Gif basically sums up all of my emotions right now. I'm not sure how I'm going to keep it together until next season.

I like the bravado, but....

As a junior: 18 td - 14 int
As a senior: 11 td - 5 int

With those kind of numbers, I doubt anyone we would look at (Eason or whomever else) is scared of competing with him. The last QB who we had with numbers like that in high school was Kirby Freeman. Scary.

He's been catching eyes at QB camps for years now. Give him the athletes and a year under Kaaya. Then we will see how TDs he can throw.

Sounds like Kirby Freeman to me. He had a good Elite 11 regional camp and Coker offered him. He put up pedestrian numbers, we had Chad Henna coming on a visit and he backed off as Freeman switched his verbal to us from Purdue.

Gray Crow also had similar numbers. He had better camps than actual on the field numbers.

Perhaps Allison reverses this trend of poor on the field numbers and then good college production, but he'll have to make me a believer. Good or elite receivers make their WR's and team better by putting the ball where it needs to be. You don't need elite athletes, just guys who can run good routes and catch the ba when it's on the money.

my only reservation is that camps can tell you how their mechanics, arm strength, and accuracy are in a controlled environment. those game numbers are something to wonder about (but i haven't watched much film, so i'm not one to judge).

That camp **** and 7 on 7 flag football is ruining football. Sean White looked like Joe Montana at Elite 11. Playing QB at this level with the band playing and guys busting you in the mouth is so much different than running around in shorts with no pass rush.

Yeah, the whole "he is tearing up the camps" combined with being mediocre during the season do not sync up for me. Something is amiss there and I've yet to here a good explanation why he had such pathetic numbers his senior year. I know he got banged up a bit and I've heard "there are only 50 guys on the team" line of reasoning but I've yet to hear a good explanation as to why he had an average senior year.

Love alison but to play Devils advocate I think kiy hester was talking about coming down here and taking starter spots at safety before he got here.
Alison has potential and maybe it materializes, who knows but he's a take for me.

Yeah, the whole "he is tearing up the camps" combined with being mediocre during the season do not sync up for me. If I remember correctly he's been playing with bone spurs in his ankle around the Achilles, that could limit your mobility and potentially your throwing ability if its in your plant foot. Not 100 percent sure, but I do remember reading that.
