Didn't blame "the freshman quarterback". I think Kaaya had a pretty **** good year for a True Freshman. I blame the coach that decided to start him and expect us to compete for a conference title. There is a large learning curve for a quarterback. Possibly the hardest position to adjust to from high school.

You failed to mention that the guy Kaaya beat out for the starting job was a two time transfer who couldn't beat out a true freshman for the job. Had Williams never been hurt, Kaaya probably redshirts. Kaaya, like it or not, was our best shot at the beginning of the season while Williams was out. By the time Williams was ready, Kaaya was playing quite well.

The school went on the cheap with Golden expecting to get a coach on the rise. What they got was a coach that had already peaked and hasn't improved since he arrived here. I agree that the hate against our team, coaching staff, and trying to turn recruits away needs to be toned down. It should be directed at the Admin and BOT demanding better performance for our team moving forward. Where we are at now is not acceptable and they need to know that we will boycott if this **** does not improve and we will not cheer for a championship program that is not committed to winning ships.

Golden has earned being fired without another day. I agree to heap everything we can on the administration, they are the real evil here. But that doesn't mean not calling for Al's scalp-- that is the most powerful thing we can do.
 
I agree with the OP, but to clarify, no one is happy with Golden, but the pressure and anger should much more be directed to his bosses. No one is going to willingly quit a 7 figure job, he will have to be fired.

That is some of the most ridiculous BS I've heard here - and believe me, the BS from your husband's supporters flows freely and in mass.
 
It looks like that has been the plan for 10 or twelve years now....way before Golden...alll you see is empty seats in Miami..

I'll stop my hate for Golden the moment he actually stops being an arrogant prick that leans on excuse after excuse. He can be a bad coach, but the arrogance he shows is absolutely deplorable and unforgivable, period.

This! I've cooled somewhat until after NSD and get to see Goldie locks stand in front of Miami/ESPN media with the only excuse being the truth!
Then I will resume in full force with the bashing of BOT, Admin, Goldie, Doritos, jethro, Williams, coley, EVERYONE

Golden hasn't tried to do anything. He's had 3 years to change his bull**** scheme that you could see wasn't gonna work from day 1 when We couldn't stop a simple slant route without giving up 6 yards per play. And 4 years in were still doing the same thing

Al Golden is laughing all the way to the drive through window. Either way, al golden sucks and his chances at another division 1 head coaching job ends when he's shown the door.

We didn't go 6-7 because of the QB play.

To the OP, fans will stop *****ing when we start contending.
 
Ending the hate is counterintuitive.

The hate needs to ramp up.

People are motivated to do something else by only two things. Benefit or cost.
