So they literally had 7 NC State players make first team over Miami 2, and their list pretty much follows suit with official release. We need to thank those ****ers in advance for that huge chip they just gave us going into Saturday. Jaquan was literally national Defense player of the week, three weeks in a row.

I'd agree, we're not getting quality treatment with the ACC - you could see it with the lack of holding calls along with the all-american votes. This is merely a small sample size.

Unfortunately, where would we go? The SEC would never allow Miami in, because that depends on UF and if they would allow it - they wouldn't (Spoiler alert).

We don't match the Big 12, geographically and they seem to be hanging onto a thread. The Big 10 would be the only other viable option.

We're not leaving the ACC though.

We should at least float the threat of leaving. I'm sick of the ACC. I can see why they screwed with us while we were going cheap, and not giving them what they thought they were getting when we joined. We didn't exactly hold up our end of the deal. But now? They need to start treating us fairly, or we should consider going somewhere that will.

It's not the conference per se, it's the media that covers the rest of the conference, basically the NC media. Contrary to popular belief the conference wants Miami to be good, that's why the invited us in. Now the other schools, media and officials, that's a whole other thing.

My boy Herndon is representing. He never gets enough love on this board.

He was underutilized this year because Rosier can't throw over the middle. He's a beast and will be missed moving forward.

Too bad Richt forgot about Homer and the Oline had it's worst game of the season vs Pitt becasue he could've been 1st team with a 120+ and 2 td game.

Derwin James is not a better player than Jaquan Johnson this season. I'm sorry, that's just wrong. I'm quite bothered by this idiotic list actually. Compare the two. Team record-wise, stat-wise and it's not even close. Total BS.

I get what you're saying but it was ACC, not national and it was also for DB of the week, the ACC does some corny position player of the week crap now, kinda like everybody gets a trophy.
