Stay classy people...good luck to the kid. I really feel the staff did this kid a disservice by not being upfront. Reflects poorly on us IMHO...either way good luck. I hope we go after Treon, time will tell.

I'll be interested to see where he ends up. Using my favorite metric, the marketplace, by NLoI day we'll know exactly what the rest of college football thinks of Alin Edouard as a prospect.

I am not sure if Louisville has found Teddy's replacement.........but there will be a job open and they are accepting applications

I love how people just assume the kid is telling the truth.

Especially considering we will never know the staff's side of things.

Louisville took away his scholarship

He wanted to come and be a Cane, there just isn't going to be that opportunity for him here. No reason to hate on a son of Miami who wants to be a Cane. I will follow him and root for him, unless he's playing Miami.

Does that include Sunny Michelle's? They're too busy looking at blueprints for Georgia's facilities.

By the way, I'm sorry Alin decommitted. I liked his highlights.

I've been saying this all along. He either didn't have a real offer or the staff dropped him after Cristobal left. Would explain how the kid went from wanting to recruiting everyone to playing around on twitter

It's the latter to an extent IMO. The welcometotheu tweet validated his commitment. Then after cristobal left (his main recruiter) the staff didnt keep contact with him (he got dropped). Then coley went to his high school a month or two later and the Hialeah coach said that miami still wanted him. Once rosier committed it was apparent 100% that the staff didnt want Alin.

No idea he was still committed...good riddance

i dont get the fans that rip this kid. He is not a commitment because he has been shunned by the staff, not the other way around. Pretty sure he would be a Cane if he had his way. I kind of feel bad for the kid and wish him nothing but the best

Fans had problems with him because he claimed he'd be the ultimate ambassador/recruiter for UM if he got an offer. And, by god, if that guy didn't start with the "I'm semi-committed" **** the DAY AFTER he got the offer.

When you take 3 QBs, 1 of them ABSOLUTELY has to be capable of playing another position. It's stupid otherwise because 1 or 2 will stick around a year and then leave if they see themselves only as QBs and are only capable of playing that position. Edwards and Rosier are only QBs, so 1 of them had to go.

How do you know what they told him? You're going off only what he's said. Our corches, unfortunately, can't comment publicly on this.

To answer your question, yes. I've lost count on the number of relatives and recruits that read this site.
