@SFHSSports: Hialeah QB Alin Eduoard @ALLEN_EDWARD2 has de-committed from Miami this morning.

still think he is a better prospect than rozier but whatev. good luck to ya buddy.
 
Good prospect. I wonder if he ends up at a spot that is a good fit.
 
Good luck to the kid. I think he wanted more attention than what the staff was giving him. We'll be alright.

if he is smart he will go to a school like Arizona where he fits in the offense and will have a chance at early playing time.
 
what are peoples thoughts regarding going after a 3rd QB.. you think the staff goes for another one?

you have to factor in that the Dewey experiment whether due to injury or to ability might be coming to an end as well

I wish the best for this kid. I think people either don't understand what happened with him or are just being hard-asses about it. He landed a date with his dream girl and then his dream girl backed off before the dance even started - I have a hard time faulting a kid for not handling that well.

I would still like to land Winky Flowers, or....... Treon.

Coley never wanted this guy. Its all Cristobal's fault and I have no ill feelings towards Edouard.

Yup, just give the kid a shot, what's the worst that will happen? He either proves the staff wrong or is proven wrong and will want to get on the field one way or another at another position.

The worst that could happen would be a QB controversy where Ice thinks Treon should start but Olsen/Kaaya are better and he calls WQAM or Herald reporters to talk about it, like he did with the Thomas/Kirkland situation. There is a very real risk associated with taking Treon because there's factual evidence that he handles things in this manner when he feels slighted.
 
As far as QB's go I would rather take Flowers than Treon. I like Treon though. **** I like Edouard a lot more than Rosier.

Only reason Ice has had any leverage is because we have struggled and are in a weakened position. That is changing and his leverage will dwindle as we start to win. Once Miami is the brand it can be again, these local coaches will lose most influence against us.
