If they came to a decision this quick enough to agree for her to sign, then I think he is gone to Ark... Wish he was coming here but I would think it would take longer then a few hours to change the kid's mind when he was dead set on signing with Ark this morning...

Dead set on signing with Arkansas? We talking about the same kid that tweeted out waking up at 3 AM and not being able to fall back asleep because he was thinking? The same kid that gave his verbal to his family then decided on Arkansas 30 seconds before Newberg asked him the question?
I don't think Collins even knows where he wants to go. Kid should take a few extra days and think this one out.
Well according to sports center it seems he has made up his mind already and is on his way to school... Wether good for us or not, he's made up his mind in a couple of hours....

I was schocked when he chose Arkansas on Monday and I'd honestly be shocked if he chose them today.
I won't believe it til it's confirmed Ark got an LOI from him. Collins to Miami makes too much sense.....I can't believe a young man who seems to be at least somewhat intelligent would allow some fat *** loser coach to govern his life.

I expected this 18/21 debate today and posted this copy of NLOI Monday in a thread titled recruiting 101 that received only about 250 views and 1 reply, so I expected more today. The winner is 21.
This is page 3 of the NLI (I added the color to make it easier to separate the institution portion, the student portion and the parent portion).
