People defending Shannon should make the world a better place and commit sepeku in Hialeah with a rusty dagger. Seriously.

As for Golden, only an inbred ingrate with serious mental deficiences and a hard on for an incompetent who should've never been hired ex Coach would be unwilling or unable to see the progress, albeit incremental, that Golden has made this past season. With that said he has much to prove but if, as they say, preparation is what helps you be succesful we have a winner on our hands.

We sure seem to have some fellow "Canes fans" with deep-seated issues.
 
This thread is a good argument for Golden to limit access as to what's going on inside the program.

Within a little over one year people are complaining Golden is repeating himself and not showing enough progress.

The Canes would be better shutting off access and sending up a smoke signal every 3 months.

Is Golden's "core values" = Shannon's "process". Dude says core values in every interview.

Nick Saban went 7-6 his first year, and that was with a bowl game. And he is now one of the greatest in the game. So i don't understand your point

This. I believe Golden has us on the right track, but jesus lets win our side of the putrid ACC before comparing him to Nick Saban.

The difference between a process and core values is a 300 page written plan! Not 'guys flying around' and hoping guys decide to push themselves in the weight room cause you dont make them do it. Its things like UTOUGH! or "Raising Canes" You guys think recruits dont watch that stuff? I would be willing to be they do. And it inspires them and it is something they want to be a part of. Watch deon bush's twitter or jelani hamilton they are always talking about working out! And they aint even on campus yet! That is core values! Do you wanna put in the work it TAKES?

But to sit here after one season and one spring and start making the he needs to win something or he has no credibility is just plain dumb. I think it is obvious that AG is recruiting a different kind of athlete. Patience guys, patience.
