just admit you want to hire a coach who is 15-17 in his last 32 conference games

dennis erickson is 68

in his last 4 years as a head coach, ending in 2010, butch davis was 15-17 in conference

in his last 5 years as a head coach, ending in 2011, dennis erickson was 21-24 in conference

So you're saying Butch needs to recruit the most talented team of all time to actually win big on the field? That's what I'm saying, because I watched it full well with my own two eyes. He had LOADS of NFL talent @ UNC and was AVG JOE. I don't have the rest of my life for Butch to compile the second coming of the 01' Canes.
