Al Golden after Nebraska loss: "Let’s take a deep breath"

I was doing just that after the game. Hyperventilating a bit actually. I need to calm down.

KILL YOURSELF

Wow....I am honestly stunned and sickened by the feebleness of those words. My jaw literally dropped when I read them. How soon before this team changes it's motto to:

DESERVE MORAL VICTORY ????

I remember PBuch and a couple of other players going HAM on Golden for talking about our "moral victory" in a loss to FSU two years ago. I wonder how they feel about our moral victory over ******* Nebraska two years later?

I remember the geniuses of CIS sticking up for Golden over said players.

Without the Cloud masking Goldens ineptitude he would have been fired a year ago. Thanks, Nevin.

I'm still trying to figure out how anyone can take a moral victory from what was ostensibly a 17 point blowout against a mediocre team full of slugs we didn't even want in recruiting.

How can you take any solace in watching the other team commit the football equivalent of sodomy on you by lining up and running the same play over and over while you sit there helplessly and watch it with no resistance? Am I in the fcking twilight zone? This isn't like we got tricked to death by Malzahn. We got our asses thoroughly stomped by a Corch who ran the same **** play repeatedly.

The perfect embodiment of a LOSER. This guy is a loser. He's a timid, scared, loser. He coaches that way, he leads that way, he talks that way. It's a malignancy that is growing through our program. You can see it in our older players smiling and laughing after a loss and shaking hands. LOSER.

Actually, that is correct. The offense was close to winning that game in that environment. Kaaya was close to winning it in that environment. Al, Mark, and Coley and the staff were no where near close to winning it! The only coaching adjustment I noticed was that after Kaaya proved he is the best downfield over the middle passer we have had since Ken, Coley went back to his stupid love affair with Stacy screens. To me, Coley love of using our super WRs for screens is the equivalent of Al's apparent rule against LBs lining up within 5 yards of the LOS. I guess these guys believe in the old theory of "if it ISN"T working, why change it!"

I wonder how they feel about Golden gushing, YET AGAIN, about the way our guys "grew up" in the midst of another Big Game loss??
