Multiple reports go up on an Al Blades Jr. transfer to STA. He tells me he hasn't. In reply to one report on Twitter, he said, "Not yet."

Wouldn't it be nice if he shuts down recruiting, lets it be known he's a Cane and help Richt and the coaches recruit - esp STA. Bring in that class that puts us back in Top 5...

Al Blades Jr. always performs on the big stage, and Sunday brought more of the same. The 6-foot, 170-pound lockdown cornerback talked recruiting before his stellar performance, making a point that he likes the new staff at Miami (FL), and has talked with defensive backs coach Mike Rumph. The instinctive cornerback said he looks at the Mark Richt era as, “a new beginning.” While many consider the Hurricanes the heavy favorite, Florida State will provide tough competition along with UCLA and South Carolina. Miami and Florida State will likely receive spring visits.

There was a camp video up last week and in it he was abused by almost every wide receiver he went against. Maybe just a bad day but he did not look like a 5 star that day even quit on several plays and was being hollered at to hustle by players on the sideline.
