Ahmmon Richards out vs toledo

The similarities to Coley's career are crazy.

Coley had a decent Junior season and then a really solid senior season.

I still think Ahmmon can ball out this year and we need him for ACC play

If u think it’s suspension, you’re a moron.
Good news is he gets to play w his brother next year.

They can't play together next year because AR will have to sit out a year after he transfers. 2020 season they will be killing it together though.

Yall dudes don't know shît. Calloway got drafted in the 4th and he had off the field questions and didn't play his jr year.

Apples and oranges... taking a kid who didn't play because he was suspended and smoked weed but has talent is different than taking a kid who has talent but is injured a lot (not to mention the browns took him who also took johnny football in the first round). Now there are plenty of oft injured guys who get drafted to support your argument, or ones who get hurt badly during the season and still get drafted early. Mcghee was drafted in the first round and sat out the entire NFL year rehabbing his injury.

I do not think this years WR talent going to the draft is that strong, there will always be some late riser but he could work his way into a higher draft pick simply to fill a need of a team with not many other options.

If Richards can't prove he can stay healthy, he's a late round flier. All the talent in the world doesn't mean crap if you're not on the field.

I'd certainly like him to shake this tag as he's dynamic when playing.

Go ahead and put LOL in front.. maybe everyone won't notice how dumb your argument is.
You both just used a QB who was expected to take leaps in multiple facets in his game as reason to believe a WR would go 6th-7th round even there’s guys that have been drafted with a worse injury history that has been drafted higher than that.

And you think my argument is dumb?

AR82 will obviously play again this year. The staff is trying to protect his mental by not putting it out there the severity of the injury.

Golden got killed for playing Morris when shouldn't have been playing.

Now, on the other hand, people are grilling Richt and AR for being panzies.

Gotta love being cane fan.

If the NFL went on what a guy did his in freshman year, he will go high. So would he had he saved that type a season in the year before his eligible draft.

But the guys that get paid to stake their reputaions and living on those picks, will look long and hard at the body of work. They will factor in things like droped balls and injuries. He even said in an article he had to work on the drops that was what this year was going to be about.

I hope he comes back and balls out, I really do. But "next up" is already starting to happen, and sometime you miss your ticket for that ship sailing.

I really think this has less to do with a nagging injury and more to do with Richards getting in Rosier's face during the LSU game. AR is being punished for vocally calling out his teammate's **** poor play and CMR is punishing him for it. He's gone after this year.

Richt isn’t hat dumb. Players literally fight in practice and nothing happens. Do your really think Richt has suspended one of our best players for getting in a QB’s face? Unless Richards punched him in the locker room, this is a dumb assessment of the situation.

People won’t like it but you’re probably right
There’s no way he can declare and get drafted high or drafted in reality .. it sucks but looking at his body of work as a whole he hasn’t really done much unless he does a 180 and balls out this year

I think this is about the last we see of AR in a Canes uniform. Dude just can’t shake injuries. Don’t know if it’s a toughness thing or just awful luck. But either way, he’s gone. He is this years version of RJ/Norton. Oh well. That freshman year was fun.
He’s done already? With 12 games left and what is apparently a day to day type injury?

That makes sense. FTR, I am not denying an injury occurred at all, just didn't seem major to enough to miss 2 games, but that is my view from the outside looking in.
What is your diagnosis based on watching a quick replay, doc? What did the injury “seem like” to you?

I'd bet AR15 declares if he can get healthy and put together a solid season. This is Miami, were players enter the draft even when the NFL tells them they should remain in school.

I have no idea about this injury but at some point you have to play through pain. I hope we aren't taking Toledo lightly and think we can just rest AR and cruise to an easy win.
