Fck no , did they give a **** when the ncaa delayed are punishment like two **** years to hurt us on purpose . This is what nobody wanted to happen outside of Miami fans . To wake up the sleeping giant . We will not be one and done relevant . We will be contenders every year imoAre we bad people for so enjoying the idea of Mensah and what he would mean for Canes football, while completely not caring about the impact this has on other teams and the sport as a whole? Are we the Dodgers of college football?
I mean I certainly hope we are all of what I think we may be, but should we feel bad about it even a little bit?

I don't feel bad for universities preventing players to receive adaquate compensation, including medical compensation post their playing career, for over a decade whilst cashing in millions of dollars via TV contracts. Are we bad people for so enjoying the idea of Mensah and what he would mean for Canes football, while completely not caring about the impact this has on other teams and the sport as a whole? Remember when someone started a post on here the other day asking why we became, or enjoy being fans of The U? There’s many reasons, but seeing everyone’s reaction to this story today is Exhibit A. It was all good when Miami was going 6-6 and teams were coming down here dropping bags and stealing all our recruits, but as soon as we start being good again everyone in college football is like, “No, no, no, we can’t have this.”Are we bad people for so enjoying the idea of Mensah and what he would mean for Canes football, while completely not caring about the impact this has on other teams and the sport as a whole? Sports do not have morals and ethics. The amateur soccer leagues I play in pay money off to players under the table, sometimes in the four digits every month and we're not like close to being professionals or any of that.Remember when someone started a post on here the other day asking why we became, or enjoy being fans of The U? True, and the thing is the schools could stop all this stuff tomorrow if they wanted to, but they won’t. These kids technically aren’t employees of these schools, they’re students. Why don’t they want to make them employees? Because they don’t want to have to worry about long-term disability, workman’s comp, retirement, and all these things “employers” have to worry about. These schools wanna horde all this money for themselves. So the bottom line is, don’t hate the player hate the game. We’re just playing by the rules the adults created…like Mario said.Sports do not have morals and ethics. People need to stop making stuff up in their head.
