Athlete had to let their school know by midnight last Friday is they were entering the portal. The school then had 2 business days to enter them. With the 3-day weekend, that meant midnight Wednesday (except for Miami & Indiana whose kids get 5 extra days to enter).

He is clear to enter the portal. He is not cleared to enroll at another school, yet.
There will be a hearing on Feb 2 to address the 2nd issue and other items of his contract with Duke.

Correct. Cantwell was not guaranteed a starting spot. What he was told, over and over again, is we have a Right Tackle who is going to the NFL, and he was a 3-year starter here. I see you following the same mold, if you come in and work. The spot is open. It's up to you to take it.
