I want to see an offensive minded coach. Doug Meacham could come and bring Sonny Cumbie with him.
Could Montana Head Coach Bob Stitts be to Miami what Chip Kelly coming from New Hampshire was to Oregon?
Stitts runs the ultimate uptempo offense he wants to score minimum 50 points a game. An he loves an aggressive defense. The only question I would foresee is his ability to reach the south Florida kids and coaches coming from mountain west back ground (Nebraska, Colorado, and now Montana). I also doubt James Coley would stay at Miami because it would be like working under Jimbo Fisher again, since Stitt calls most of his plays. I do think it would be a good opportunity for Ken Dorsey to return to Miami as OC/QB Coach an he could help Stitt implement more pro style sets into his air raid style offense.
An Bob Stitt would come cheap ($1.5M-$2M), leaving more money to hire a Top quality defensive staff starting with a DC like Dave Aranda ($800K).
An a new LB coach such as lets say Scott McCurley asst LB Coach for the Green Bay Packers, who in 2 years could move into the DC role, because Aranda will undoubtedly land a Head Coaching job.

Green Bay Packers: Scott McCurley
Hurley Brown could move to Coaching DB's and Kevin Patrick could be brought back to coach the DLine
An for the offense Miami could retain the Art Kehoe, Kevin Bear, Coach Scott, and Ice Harris. This would keep the current recruiting classes intact as well infuse Miami with a new blend of NFL coaching experience combined with a MASSIVE improvement in X's and O's that is balanced by talented recruiters.
