As someone who worked in LE for a few years, and has seen these incidents, you simply CANNOT deduct what occurred from photos.

They will investigate, and a clearer picture will come out eventually. It’s Mother’s Day. And a lot of people are now grieving and going though it. No need to joke, or play investigator.

As someone that works with risk assessment and with insurance I can tell you this is . I can also tell you that what the leo does to assign blame is for ticketing only. Insurance carriers will fight over those details. It will be a percentage. Both parties can have fault. It's that simple. Stop preaching and pretending we've got csi units on the scene. JC folks. This was a god awful accident, keep the families in your thoughts. The rest keep quiet

On behalf of anyone who has ever lost someone in a car accident, please shut your mouths unless it is 100% respectful.

I lost a brother in a car accident almost 20 years ago. Most people kept their messages short and to the point - “I’m sorry for your loss.” Anything else quickly becomes the person speaking out of their ******; usually with disregard for the actual feelings of those who lost a loved one. One person actually told my mother “at least you have other kids…” like it was a consolation prize. There were a couple others, but that’s enough. If I have to explain this more or you don’t get it, I feel bad for you. If you’ve ever heard a mother wail at her child’s funeral, you know what I mean.

We don’t need internet crime sleuths, comparative photo evidence, speed experts, legal advice/explaining, theories and guesses. Yes, it’s a message board, so I get to a point that people are processing this as they go, but cmon. Show some common decency. If you’re unsure, say little to nothing. This is CiS, not CSI Miami. It’s Mother’s day today. If you’re lucky enough to still have moms kicking around, make sure you tell her you love her. There’s one mother today who won’t have a good day because lost two of her children.

Not all rollovers need to be because of a high rate of speed.
Not all ejections have to be from high impact or high rate of speed.
A lot and I mean a lot of people are using car seats the wrong way. Some don’t even put the seatbelt on them. They just put the kids in there so they don’t get pulled over.

I’m not saying this to defend or acuse anybody.
But we automatically make assumptions based on sensationalized videos.

I pray for the families and and for the poor kids that passed. I also pray for a speedy and safe recovery for those that were injured.

We went to the FD for them to check our car seats when we were new parents. That was always a big fear of mine.

None of that matters right now. I have 6 & 9 year old sons. I can’t fathom the loss that family is going through right now. It’s heartbreaking.

I pray that family can find some peace and those babies can rest easy with god.

Not only that but there’s a reason certain seats are rated for certain ages. Never easy.

Haha, not gonna lie because I’m a full blown redneck so a truck is mandatory but that’s part of the reason I drive trucks too. I used to ride Harleys, had a roadster since I was 21. Completely gave it up.
