I would suppose when you are turning you assume the other car is going around the speed limit, not 2X the speed limit and thus the attempt to turn may have looked reasonable but that was without knowing the other car was moving that fast. Not sure how the law will come down on him but 2 lives were lost and football is the last thing anyone should be thinking about, least of all him.Calling on the hundreds and hundreds of accident attorneys we have here.
Let’s just say a complete hypothetical, he was found to be doing 80 MPH in a 40 MPH zone. The Kia is found to have turned directly into his right of way.
Will they really charge and try to bring him to trial on a vehicular manslaughter charge? Negligent vehicular homicide? Assuming zero drugs or alcohol are in play either. At the end of the day, it is an accident. I genuinely don’t know either way, obviously doing 80 in a 40 is negligent but they did turn in front of him.
Just wondering legally how that works.
Looks like we got something in common with UGA after all.......
Jesus this is terrible. Not a great time for my first post but......man, awful.
No, my first thought was that when young people lose their lives in these tragic accidents, the go-to response on this message board is to make some lame joke.So after reading about this tragedy your first thought was to post something defending UGA?
at fault in car accidents is determined by insurance companies. They inform the state authoritiesCalling on the hundreds and hundreds of accident attorneys we have here.

And so does Hayes...going 80 mph and increasing his speed in a 40-mph zone with a warning sign is beyond reckless. Unfortunately, as with most accidents, there are several causes or contributing factors that lead to the accident. No matter who is to blame, 2 innocent, young children lost their lives for nothing...so sad. RIPHow does a 4 year old get ejected? Was he not in car seat strapped in ?!? If not that parent needs jail time rip very sad
Yeah I agree with you, but that’s what our fans do when players on other teams have been in the same predicament. You’re a ******* joke. Gtfoh
Two little kids died. Lives are ruined on all sides, regardless of or in spite of who is to blame and that is what you think you want to post out here. I swear to God I don’t really understand people sometimes.
I’m not an attorney BUT I would believe it matters how those kids were strapped in. All the cases I’ve been supeona’d to had that as an arguing point.Calling on the hundreds and hundreds of accident attorneys we have here.

Wow, can you be any more in sensitive? Who cares about AD's career right now? He was involved in an accident that just killed 2 children. Not speaking AH, hope he is just ok, but I highly doubt someone's career would be over for this, unless other factors were involved. The person making the left is the cause of the accident, FLA is comparative negligence state so if speeding was a factor the driver speeding would be at fault 10%-30% max for the accident.
Still means Morgan and Morgan will sue, but doubt any criminal charges
