He's a good, smart, talented guy who loves Miami, and he and Mario know each other. He is NOT the right guy at this time IMO (nor has he even said he is) because I think we need an experienced AD, but there is no need to rip him personally, and to be frank, he would probably do a great job here as AD. Don't burn bridges, and do no harm. Or YOU become the problem.
