lol I wanted to believe it but all night last night I kept thinking to myself, “there’s no way a dude like Jurich would come here with Zo calling the shots with football.”

That’s just not how big time ADs operate.

Leave it to this school to royally **** everything up.
I don’t think that’s it, nobody else is knocking down Jurich door to hire him he would take it if offered. The problem is we are giving ZO too much power even though his position is kind of a made up one.

I’m not saying it’s not Jurich or it is. I‘ve just heard a lot of Bs. Which makes me hesitant to believe anything. It’s almost like the bad info is being leaked on purpose. I’ve heard three names in the last twelve hours and thats from people who’s normally very connected. All three typically have the same info on stuff like this.

As of yesterday it was Jurich with Zo and that’s why I put “ TNM“ post. If I hadn’t did that I wouldn’t of even posted the last few posts in this thread. There’s a reason I stayed away from names.
I had a bad feeling when you used TNM.
TNM = the same old Miami.

Friday: everyone roots for Utah to beat Oregon to make it easier for us to supposedly get Mario.
Saturday: everyone decided they don't want Mario because he lost to Utah.
Sunday: everyone here celebrates something that hasn't happened.
Monday: everyone loses their minds over something that hasn't happened.

Can't wait for Tuesday.

It's not even 8AM on Monday yet.....

There was a pretty reasonable post on this board yesterday laying out the fact that many of the big time programs have deputy ADs in charge of one aspect of the department (football, basketball, baseball, etc.). If the new AD is used to operating in a structure like this then I don't see it as much of a big deal.

Which team, who has had actual success during the recent era, has outsourced all football decisions/leadership to said position?

I am not talking a out some bullchit deputy AD or director of football operations, that is simply a liaison between the AD and HC/staff.

I am talking about some administrator who is in charge of and running football and only football. The buck stops with this person. Which school, that has had actual success, assigned their football (the biggest revenue sport) in a similar manner.

Regardless of whether you want Jurich, no real AD would accept such nonsense.

This is how you end up with a tranny ***ing puppet who needed 5 years to graduate from Minnesota State Mankato as AD.
