I don’t think that’s it, nobody else is knocking down Jurich door to hire him he would take it if offered. The problem is we are giving ZO too much power even though his position is kind of a made up one.lol I wanted to believe it but all night last night I kept thinking to myself, “there’s no way a dude like Jurich would come here with Zo calling the shots with football.”
That’s just not how big time ADs operate.
Leave it to this school to royally **** everything up.
Yep.Sure feels like that's exactly what is happening.
And if feelers have already been put out to Mario and he's said he is interested, you would think he would have been informed about the general direction the AD position was going in. I highly doubt he would want to work under a first time AD with so much on the line.
I tend to agree with this as well.Peter griffin is not the new AD, don’t believe it it’s silly season, it will be the guys mentioned yesterday
Keep this man away from our program at all cost. I can’t stop laughing at this possibility. Cribby just ruined a lot of people’s morning.
Hope soPeter griffin is not the new AD, don’t believe it it’s silly season, it will be the guys mentioned yesterday
I had a bad feeling when you used TNM.I’m not saying it’s not Jurich or it is. I‘ve just heard a lot of Bs. Which makes me hesitant to believe anything. It’s almost like the bad info is being leaked on purpose. I’ve heard three names in the last twelve hours and thats from people who’s normally very connected. All three typically have the same info on stuff like this.
As of yesterday it was Jurich with Zo and that’s why I put “ TNM“ post. If I hadn’t did that I wouldn’t of even posted the last few posts in this thread. There’s a reason I stayed away from names.
It's not even 8AM on Monday yet.....Friday: everyone roots for Utah to beat Oregon to make it easier for us to get Mario.
Saturday: everyone decided they don't want Mario because he lost to Utah.
Sunday: everyone here celebrates something that hasn't happened.
Monday: everyone loses their minds of something that hasn't happened.
Can't wait for Tuesday.
There was a pretty reasonable post on this board yesterday laying out the fact that many of the big time programs have deputy ADs in charge of one aspect of the department (football, basketball, baseball, etc.). If the new AD is used to operating in a structure like this then I don't see it as much of a big deal.
And everyone was so excited when flake got the boot. If this is true, Flake was always a small part of a huge problem.
