He has a ridiculous amount of experience and has been successful everywhere he's been, the Texans have been a nightmare since he's been gone. He's a no nonsense coach that this Program needs, I'm tired of the playing friendly coach, I want the dictator who calls players out on there ****

He's the one who made them the nightmare. Giving up talented players for next to nothing. Alienating people in the building. You have to be real ******* to get fired 4 games into a season when you're coming off a divisional round appearance in the previous season

Texans have been a nightmare since he's gone thanks to massage parlor, not poor coaching. I bet you will see BOB struggle at va tech. He hates recruiting and many, many players hate him.

Who says he hates recruiting? Texans had a rough season his last year but before that he won 4 Division titles and brought a lot of stability to one of the worst franchises in the NFL. He also has a ton of connections to build a staff

The Texans ARE a mess because of BOB terrible job as GM where he traded away every bit of capital (draft picks) for Larry tunsil while trading away Hopkins for a broken Rb - David Johnson

Please don’t try and say Texans are bad since BOB is gone, he literally buried them with his horrendous trades

He's not a good GM, **** bellichick is a ****** GM as well who has missed on countless draft picks... You don't need GM skills to be a college coach, it's not hard to evaluate and scout high school talent. What BOB is get at is coaching and developing which is what we need.
