We have a top 5 OT headed into 21
The number 8 draft eligible RB (and no it’s not Don or Rooster) and bubba bolden is rated the 5th safety and despite being the 2nd TE on the roster the last 3 years will Mallory comes in rated as the 10 best draft eligible TE..and it’s safe to say king will likely be at least a top 15 QB prospect on early draft rankings, maybe higher based on production..and it’s possible none of these guys at the end will be ranked higher than Tyrique in later evaluations

now I’m not saying break out your favorite lubricant and log into your go to **** site but this is a veteran team with some star potential

King top 15? Seriously? If you watched the spring scrimmage then you saw his future in the 4th quarter unless he converts to WR.

Nowhere NFL wise as a QB. If he decides to move to slot then he may have a future.
It’s clear a who doesn’t really follow cfb. If you don’t think king is a upper echelon College QB in today’s game and won’t get a look at the next lever. I can name a few guy who got drafted with worse passing numbers than king while at Hou and in his 1 year for us. He has to have a good/great year this year and land in a good situation

Same people probably said Lamar wasn’t an NFL quality QB.

I’m not saying he’s at that level, or ever will be, but if he overcomes his injury, has a really good season, and he wants to try NFL QB first, there’s no certainty he won’t get a shot, like some people here claim.

But one thing is for sure, King’s a top 2020/2021 college QB, and I’ll fight anyone who says otherwise.

Exactly. All I said was he’s a top 15 QB prospect at the very least..no doubt he’s a top College QB rn. Thats a fair assessment. I can already tell there’s a portion of the base who was more impressed by Jake “baby Zeus” Garcia in a spring game then any of kings performances last szn. Which ofc is asinine.

Please stop deciding if players are good college players by where the NFL will draft them.
You realize that's how the entire HS recruiting rankings work right? The 32 five stars every year are in theory the 32 future first round picks and so on.

It’s only theoretical. And it only pertains to five star players. It’s not like they say every four star player is a second round pick and every three star player is a third round pick. So, yes. The top 32 players are rated 5 stars because theoretically they should develop into first round talent. The other thousands of rated and ranked players have nothing to do with the NFL draft at all. Besides, unless you’ve never watched college football ever, you have to know that there’s tons of guys who were incredible college players but never did well professionally. Ken Dorsey, Gino Toretta, Gerald Willis. All Americans in college. Didn’t make any impact on the NFL.
