The Big 12. Albeit there's a lot of good ol' boy referee's in that conference. Too bad the city of Miami isn't some where in the west ( Akin to Colorado University. ). Then Miami could be a part of the PAC-12. There's a lot of URBAN schools in that conference and football teams don't have to DEAL with those good ol' boy's and what not.
 
The thing is Miami has been playing two opponents since they joined the conference. Also, there was a time when Miami had the teams to defeat both their game day opponent and the referee's.* But that's not the case any longer.

* The Cotton Bowl game against mighty Texas on their home turf.

Those corrupt conference zebra's should, also, called a face mask penalty on the same play.

Well, . . . . . no. There was a study done on biased officiating and it discovered that ACC refs protect the basketball schools, thus costing FSU and UM wins with **** officiating. Other conferences protect their "brand" programs to help propel them to bigger bowls and the playoffs so the conference gets more $$$. So stop talking out of your ***.

You all need to stop, I can show you many pictures of holds, and others that I can even see on TV and it was right in front of the Refs. So we just need to take care of business. That is all.

Akin to the Big 12 protecting both Nebraska and Oklahoma. Too bad it didn't help the CornSUCKERS, because they bolted for the Big 10 and haven't done crap in football, baseball or men's basketball. LOL

That's not true. Miami and Fsu both applied in the 50 and 60s and were denied. The more recent talks of expansion in the 80s and 90s and 2000s were always without Miami having enough support. In 1991 we turned them down first to explore big east and acc but as you can see the last quote in the article Miami never had enough support from SEC teams to get an invite anyway.

If you read closer, Miami was the next choice after FSU declined. They declined as well. That was my understanding.
