Gotta like adding San Diego to the potential destinations, although it will be a de facto home game for whoever the Pac 12 representative is. Gives all us Southern California Canes a chance to actually watch a game without flying across the country!

ACC is not the weakest conference, it just has the weakest and least football-centric leadership.

At the end of the day, we really can't ***** about the ACC until we sack up and start winning it, but the football powers of the conference like Miami, FSU, Clemson, VT need to wrestle the center of the ACC football power structure away from Tobacco Road over time. So far, we have only allowed the TR Mafia to consolidate their power and lock in for long term things like handcuffing the ACCCG to Charlotte for well over a decade. Make no mistake about it, moves like that are not good for Miami.

First, though, we just need to win.

The good news is that they are adding two new bowl games. You no longer have to win 6 games to be bowl eligible. But, you can’t finish lower than second in any of your games.
