You know it's been done before at ISU right? Lets not act like this is some kind of anomoly and ISU has never been competitive before.

Campbell is a good coach. I just think our board likes to make him to be more than he is because they hate Manny

I know where your real mind is at and what your motivation is. Before you sat down to make criticism of a guy doing great things with a lesser team and making a lowly fan base happy, did you forget your beloved amigo coached, relationship based coordinator jobs, team lost 6 in a row last year and got ganged raped by the biggest dycks in the corrections systems. Miami fans should abstain from criticizing any teams HC. Manny would probably fare better if he coached baseball or soccer.

Another moron desperate to keep a good coach away from Miami bc he’s not “from here” or “a fit”. All to keep the worst coach we have EVER had simply bc his last name is Diaz.

It’s exhausting. Porsts like this are why our team sucks. Half this fanbase truly thinks the chain, the clear color, the uniform combo, and tweets are what make us win games.

We deserve this purgatory, we really do.
 
Hey at least his team didnt get beat by two different variations of the same fuggging run play over and over and over...

Wasn’t a Hail Mary, it was a duck pass on 3rd down. That QB made it pretty difficult for them to win.

I think most of us would take Campbell over Diaz, but it isn't happening. He'll head to the NFL before long.

ISU have never been this competitive since the late 70’s...
Campbell literally have 3 of their 4 best seasons since 1980.

ISU doesn’t have great facilities and they are the step child in the state of Iowa. They get the most out of what they have and Campbell is a great coach.

Watched the game: his kids play hard, they don’t quit and I don’t recall penalties. Yes, I think if he had SoFL talent they win the game. Only true negative I saw and not a coaching knock was overall ISU lived in their side of the field. OU severely won the field possession game and the score “should” have been much more in favor of the Sooners, alas a win is a win but yeah I’ll buy me some Matt Campbell

Shyyyt. Campbell is a great coach. Big 12 coach of year 2 of the last 4 years. Finds 3-star guys that he develops to play like 5-stars.

Iowa State had 9 Big 12 All Conference players in 2020. For reference Oklahoma had 3. Oklahoma has top 10 recruiting talent every year, while ISU's best recruting class in the Campbell era is 46th. Do the math.
