What am I missing here with this kid? He had a strong passing game against Gardener Webb this year and 2 average games in 2024. Why in the world would UF be OK making him the starter? lol

If this kid is getting paid 3 million, we have more problems than we thought in CF. And the fact that presumably FL is going to pay that, insane. Where are the adults in room ? Someone step in and provide some leadership, structure and organization.

Even if they believe he's worth that, it seems a bit rich for a guy who will be competing with another guy to start. I mean, will they be paying the other QB he's set to compete with another $3M? They'd probably be able to get someone better for $6M...
