The other thing you consider is that there would be playoff game(s) first before we get there. Do you plan on going to any of those as well?

I have a place to crash in Miami, figured that's a savings I can allocate towards the premium you'd pay for tickets in general.

It would be very tempting to go (although not at that expense).

Miami has never lost a game that I attended. Somehow that streak extended through football, basketball, and baseball.

It is possible that one or both playoff games might not be in Miami, however, That was part of the reason I mentioned this. It is going to be difficult for everyone to figure out budget, travel, time off work, etc., if trying to save hoping we make it to the national championship, when there is also possibly the ACC Championship and one or two playoff games to get through first.

Obviously, this isn’t unique to us; I saw this issue from other fanbases that went through it last year. I am wondering what y’all are thinking now that the reality is getting closer.

I'm traumatized by Charlotte. I was there the last time we "took part," won't even call it Played lol. I won't be doing that again. Spent a grip all around and though I like Charlotte, it's nothing spectacular.

November will be interesting if we are still playing well. I think it'll just be a wait and see approach to all this planning really.

To qualify, I'd have to take my mom, she's up there in age and in semi-poor health. She worked for the athletic department back in the day and bleeds Miami. I'm not sure if she'll even get another season, let alone a title. Kidding aside, she would die happy if Miami won #6.

That's exactly how I felt after NC #1 with Schnelly. Never thought we'd get another. After that, the rest were icing on the cake.
