From my short stint here on CaneInsight.. I've learned that this is a house divided. Its obvious that some here are hurt because of the program they love so much has turned for the worst. There are others who are also dissatisfied with the state of the program but take a different approach for a positive resolution. Opinions like butt holes, everybody has one and don't think theirs stink...(me included)... But still I see two factions with the same objectives, but different approaches to the matter.. On one end of the spectrum the attitude is burn the program to the ground and goodness will rise from the ashes... and on the other end... everything is just fine... things are going to workout sooner or later. Then there is the means... justified by the ends. Regardless where you fall on the scale... I think most of us want to see the Canes of Ole and hopefully one day we can all relish. But until that day lets keep in mind that we are all Cane fans, and we all want the same objective... don't low blow your fellow Cane fan because he has a different opinion than you.

At the same time, those that are closer to the program need to stop with their condescending bull**** and telling others how to be a fan or how to support the program.

Not at all... Shaq's is Miami's to loose... If the current coaching staff is in place or another staff that we feel comfortable with is in place Shaq will be a Hurricane if its the Lords Will... Shaq will take at least three official visits... but again he is Miami's to lose. Meaning I don't think that there is anything that another school can do to sway Shaq.. only Miami can do that.

I think Mr. Q is telling many of you to chill.
No.. I'm not I will never tell any one not to voice their opinion... rather I agree or disagree... who am I to stifle the freedom on speech. What I was trying to convey... lets not trash each other for our on opinions.. lets just agree to disagree on certain matter.

Great post! Sadly, not many of these guys will take the time to read and understand your sentiment...

This is what im talking about! Your family truly defines a "Cane " my brother.
F*ck the banners, f*ck the fan negativity, f*ck the empty seats, f*ck the 6-7 record this year, f*ck the watch request at GOlden's house for the veggie delivered pizzas. In summary, f*ck the noise!!
All about the U!

I agree and I may have even expressed that in so many words... but we all have our own agendas and reasons for our expressions and the freedom to do so.

Don't think you quite got what OP was saying in his original post.

/reads post asking not to attack fellow Canes...attacks fellow Canes. Lulz

Finally, one of those voices of reason. Trashing and burning the program to the ground - this isn't coming from someone supportive of the status quo - is ignorant and self-defeating. The same for the endless name calling, though since signing day is over many of those have left the board or will be leaving. Point is, we've all voiced our displeasure in some way and it'll play out this fall. QB will be more seasoned and talent level is good enough to win. No excuses. So we shall see.

Thank you Sir for your loyalty...

It must be hard.. I mean your son being a high school star and committing to the Canes has to be a dream come true for you. Yet.. this is the most negativity I have ever seen around the program in my lifetime and a true turning point year concerning our future. Stressful times.

Yet the negativity is warranted, The administration and coaches are truly deserving of all of it. The players don't deserve it but unfortunately they are often caught in the crossfire. Many of us are just shocked that the school and some posters on here are so full of excuses for whats going on and want to act like we are just vigilante fans from some ****** fan base and that's just not the case. Its really insulting.
