I hate al golden but i'm still going to games. Life is too short, going to games is fun.
 
Hate Golden, support the kids.

If the wheels fall off like they have each of the last 4 years... People will stop going and he's gone anyways....

I agree with the sentiment. But for the long term, it makes this a bad place to want to work if your a coach, it surely does not impress young potential hurricanes, and those two thing will hurt past the 2015 season. Like dk72 says, we have a bad rep as a fan base and the lack of support definitely affects recruits, and IMO it affects potential coaches and its why they do not want to coach here. Especially with the camp scene being the way it is, and the 7v7 stuff. It allows them access to these kids like never before. I agree with your disgust for the results we have gotten from this coaching staff. I understand the fear that this team will accomplish just enough for AG to keep his job yet another year. I do not support the idea of NOT supporting these current and potential future kids. They need to know that no matter how disgruntled we may be as a fan base that we ultimately will support them. Like a family should.

Funny, in particular, are guys like DK72, who claim Miami fans are the worst because they don't go to games and don't support players.

Yet, when the team is struggling (like now), these dopes are the first ones to throw players under the bus, particularly those who have since moved on from the program. They claim these players were selfish simply to defend shltty coaching, and that the program will be better off without them.

Quite the vicious cycle of irony and stupidity.

Two yeats ago when miami was 7-0 the stadium was empty. Yall some **** *** fans regardless who type on the keyboards extra hard tho. If yall went as hard supporting the team in the stands as yall do on the forums miami would be unstopable but u wonder why we have no funds to hire people $$$$

All these guys saying they are not going to any games will be the first in line at Canesfest trying to get autographs and pics from the same coaches they talk about EVERYDAY. They also will be at all home games, if they were truly done with the program, they would definitely not be posting on a CANES football site everyday of the year. See []_[] guys at the game, lol! Go Canes!
 
sends a message to the players, recruits, potential future coaches, potential for a better TV contract... on and on.. yes it sends a message indeed.
