Watching these clips you would thik KC and Linder had money on ND.
I went to high school with him and his brother. his brother is a freshman on ND. #94 Jarron Jones is his name. he has all the talent in the world. he just has had injuries in his career. watch the highlights from the ND Florida state game a few years ago. he dominated. he'll be a NFL player.
Anyone have a clue why Kaaya handed the ball off here instead of hitting Herndon for an obvious gain? This isn't news but by goodness he shouldn't be allowed to make that call if he can't read the advantage we had.

Totally agree. The CB is 10 yards from the LOS and back pedaling. Higher percentage play than a run to the short side of the field.

It's a shame because looking back at It again Miami had the advantage in numbers on that run too but Linder got blown up 6 yards in the backfield smfh. Our oline is horrible
Why is the OL statistically worse this year when all 5 of the starters have returned and 10 of 11 starters are back on offense?
What has changed?
Coaching.

Yeah the primary takeaway is how bad the OL is. Secondary takeaway is the read.

In this version of the RPO Mark has BK counting DBs at pre-snap. If the D has a certain number of deep safeties then he hands off, otherwise he passes.
Problem is BK has no idea what he is doing and every read turns into a run. That's why we have all those stupid runs on third down.
Mark gets the blame for continually running this crap and Brad for not have enough sense by now to make the proper read.
