Only way to claim a somewhat salvageable season is to win out.

Finish strong, head into recruiting season strong, and enter next year in the Top 25 ready to make a run in 2017.


Otherwise this year was a waste.
 
OP, not sure you can hang the ND loss on the offense. When the D gives up 30, allows the game tying touchdown a mere seconds after they've been handed the lead and then allows the game wining field goal drive right afterwards, it's tough to pin that one on the offense. With mediocre offensive play they'd have beaten FSU and UNC though.

How does the offense not get blamed for scoring 20 points against that AWFUL ND defense. The offense literally deserves 100% of the blame this season

It was a shared L. But you gotta score more than 20 points offensively against that dogshyt ND defense and not give away so many drives.
