The amount of times I had to see this nobody qb just sit in the pocket like a cozy marsupial and then just deliver a strike to a wide open receiver in the middle made me almost have an aneurysm.

Seriously, can someone in the press ask the staff about this point blank? "There were X plays where the QB delivered a perfect throw with almost no pressure to an open receiver up the middle. Why were you unable to adjust? What was preventing you from taking that away?"

Get to the playoffs and anything can happen. But yeah after that performance its looking very unlikely. Which sucks because I think we have the best QB and overall player in the country.

Need the pass rush to play like it did the last couple drives. The secondary is just a lost cause at the moment. Terrible tackling, terrible recognition and if we do man up nobody gets their head around to find the football. Just a mess. This team probably has 3 losses already if Toney wasn’t a Hurricane.

We finally got more aggressive in coverage and took away the gimmes, allowed pass rush to get home

It’s not our corners getting bombed. They attack our linebackers and safeties. The corners don’t tackle on the perimeter but the majority of our completions are in the hook/curl/cross and on flag and corner routes against cover 3

We’ve got true freshmen starting at secondary. LB’s that can’t go anywhere but downhill and DB’s out.

It’s on Mario for not replacing Scott in the portal, but Heatherman is working with what he’s got.
