He's just not good if we sre being honest. He scored a TD on a great play call. Not because he's a great player. That is his role. He tried to make him a feature and the results were awful.

The play he got hurt on…I don’t think we’d seen that all year. It was such a divergence from what we normally run.
 
Big Mo is a real thing. We lost it and they had it, and a million things went wrong for us with injuries, penalties, **** refs. And despite them having every ounce of momentum in a sport where momentum is more of a factor than ANY other sport, we won by two scores.
 
That was one of the more pathetic things I’ve ever witnessed. It’s either point shaving or Dawson is legitimately a moron and we are going nowhere

Maybe they're a good squad?
Maybe they have good coaching?
Maybe Mensah was hurt and our coaches didn't want to expose?
Maybe missing Toney and Brown affected the offense?
Maybe Wake's coaches were smart enough to exploit our injuries on both sides plus being uncomfortable?
Wake is not a top 10 team but they some players good enough to exploit our weaknesses.
Some of us tried to warn, but too many you were riding the 56-14 type of predictions.

I mean, to each its own. We all have a perspective of how the game went. In my eyes, Wake left 21 points on the board due to penalties and poor 4th down execution. We left 4 by not being able to get a touchdown before half and taking the FG. Those 21 points vs our 4 means we lose the game....to Wake Forest....in Football.

Now, im in the "a win is a win" group. I just like clarity and this was anything but. Me personally, im simply happy after last year. If we were to just be a 10 win team for the next 3 year...I'd be ok with that. I got to see Miami in a Championship game again before I die. Lol

So, again, just perspectives, but I dont view Wake as a team we should be in a dogfight with at this stage of the game.

A 50 million dollar roster vs. a 20 million dollar roster.
This team thought it was over up 31-7 and figured they were going to sit on the bench for 3 weeks in a row.

OL got worse as the game went on
Apparently, knowing how to tackle takes years of practice.
Apparently, having all those guys play the past two weeks means nothing because without the starters, we ain't ****.
Says a lot about the future of this team going forward this season if any of the few main dudes go down.
