5:45 Workout group video

Yea basically stfu til u win. Idgaf if x,y, and z players have been killing it. Idgaf about “players are buying in and digging from within” and all that other philosophical bull****. Be blunt. Come out and say “ we suck. I ****ed up and hired some bull**** cordinators. I sucked *** this year and am going to do the opposite of everything i did for now on to see if that works”

btw, some of y'all sound like *** hats for hammering on the kids about these videos. Pay attention, the kids aren't taking the videos, conducting the interviews, or putting it on twitter. At least they're in there working out, the rest is on the school.

This seems like a team that is together and does all (other than dancing on the sidelines) of the right things. Still can’t fathom how this season went so badly.

As a strength coach I'm torn - I don't deny how motivating it can be for guys to get hyped like this, especially when it's being filmed.

On the other hand, part of me wishes the strength coach would say absolutely zero cameras allowed. Nobody gives 2 ***** about what you're doing in the weight room, you do it because it's your job and it's time for y'all to take this seriously and put in the work without anyone seeing.

Interesting perspective. Hadn't thought about it that way.

It seems like that from a propaganda video? You must have also thought Iraq was kicking the **** out of us in the Gulf War.

Funny how the 2001 team had few workout videos but the cfb world knew they would kick a$$.current players have all kinds of videos and couldn't beat nursing home varsity team.

The Canes players in the late 80s were too busy stealing car radios to make work out videos. They were still curb stomping everybody.

When you have players with this kind of physicality and still lose to Duke, GT, UNC, and FIU, then it further points to just how miserable the coaching and preparation is.
