Funny how the 2001 team had few workout videos but the cfb world knew they would kick a$$.current players have all kinds of videos and couldn't beat nursing home varsity team.
 
What is the point of working out every day if you can't be bothered to show up and play hard for more than 4 or 5 games each year? Why even bother?

The curl is important, especially when done with a full range of movement as it lengthens the "belly" of the muscle and allows it to have more stretch so that torn bicep insertions are reduced. The same as the bent arm pullover (17 second mark) is excellent for shoulder mobility and strengthening as the should socket is the shallowest major socket in the body. It also works in the first part of the movement the triceps to a degree along with the lats.
