3 of top 5 Heisman candidates from Alabama

I think the more impressive advantage now is how they've loaded up at WR and their QBs throw into insane windows. Devonta Smith creates absurd separation. And, now it's building every year. Good times. Makes for a really compelling college football product, right, ESPN?
ESPN will care little as long as the ratings are stable. If so, Alabama can win the next 73 consecutive titles and they’ll cheer it on.

Don't be an SEC groupie, this is 100% false. If all coaches were given an even playing field, we might not even know his name.
Doesn’t Satan have former head coaches at P5 programs basically serving as highly paid interns?

I give him props for building a system that runs automatically at this point. He just oversees to make sure the machine is in top notch shape.

Take away the unlimited budget for coaches/staff and recruits and we’ll see how great a “coach” he is.

Yeah, give any number of coaches $50M a year on salaries for coaches and an army of “analysts”, allow unlimited booster spending for enhanced recruiting, and an NCAA that cares nothing about it (even when players post pictures of cash on NSD)...and those coaches do as well as Saban.

WR have become the new arms race.. Freakin Bama is showing how its done.. smh at what we have done lately..
We don’t belong in the same convo with Bama..OSU, Clem, Bama should not be a realistic comp rn at position..it’s like saying PG needs to take notes From lebron or KD..until proven different

Saban takes care of the trenches. I’ve seen Najee have multiple holes to choose from. Plus, they are not missing on their WRs. I mean look at Metchie; yes he’s a 4 star, but he was considered the 40th best WR in the nation & 6th in his state of NJ....dude is blowing the top off of coverage, too!

What Bama has done is created an uber cycle of competition. The ones who don’t fit, despite their rankings, hit the portal, while others wait their turn b/c it’s like a revolving gun chamber.

As much as I hate Bama, I mean we used to be them. Yeah, Bama had a lot of non integrated Nat’l Championship before us; but during modern football, they won four championships in 20 yr span prior to Saban, & we won 5 championships (albeit it should’ve been at least 8 -‘86, ‘88, ‘03) in a 20 yr span.

We had our trench game tight, S&C game tight, competition at every single level where the best of the best survived, evals were tight, all in which attracted the top kids from across the nation to come here.

Smh; oh what a time to be alive.

They have 2 South Florida WRs on their roster with 1 catch each.

100%. Things were a little different with Tua and Jalen Hurts, but Bama's QB situation has been like that since AJ McCarron and Greg McElroy: Their line is so good they can sit back and wait for an opening all day if they need to.
Didn’t hurt that they’ve had some elite receivers over that period.

Hoping the Dolphins can get both Davonte Smith and Najee Harris but will be very happy if they can at least get Smith. That dude just seems line a robot on the end there

The playing field is even?!?!?! Lmao. Agree to disagree.
OSU, UGA, Clem, Tex A&M, Texas, UF etc not making that lame *** excuse about the playing field being unfair. Saban would’ve had LSU doing what Bama is doing RN..the man is what he is. GOAT

Yep ESPN doesn’t care. Wouldn’t surprise me if there’s an internal memo that cautions analysts for covering any cheating or inference of cheating.

Like how else do you explain why a five or high four star would sit on the bench for two or three years when they would start at any other school.

Sure playing in the SEC and coaching are major factors but there’s another factor that ESPN never covers.

Outside the lines could do an hour special just on bama players’ social media and how they are quoted saying in high school the family was dirt poor and now a freshman five star has an Escalade, moms has a new house in Alabama and the freshman is flashing 1000s of dollars on the gram.

There’s a clear conflict of interest with ESPN and the SEC.

You serious? You literally just named all the bag schools, they ARE the ones with all the advantages that basically all other schools don't have.

Yes, Saban would have done the same thing at LSU as they bag as hard as anybody and will pay for a huge staff with good coaches. Would he do the same at Michigan State? We know the answer, it's no. He had one good year there, that's it.

If you read my original response, I’ve said it’s always been that way. Nothing has changed. The system has been and will forever be corrupted until the amateur bs is removed. We used to take advantage of the same ****. All the top schools can do it. But only one man has done it and has 6 or 5 chips to show for it. Therefore is he not the goat?..saying he’s not is like the purest hating on Barry bonds during the Roid era when pitchers and the utility guys was on the **** too..Saban is the GOAT and it’s not a debate
