Wondering why they are in thr playoffs
100%. Things were a little different with Tua and Jalen Hurts, but Bama's QB situation has been like that since AJ McCarron and Greg McElroy: Their line is so good they can sit back and wait for an opening all day if they need to.Any QB with a $500k offensive line could be Mac freakin Jones. Guy has four and a half hours to throw.
I think the more impressive advantage now is how they've loaded up at WR and their QBs throw into insane windows. Devonta Smith creates absurd separation. And, now it's building every year. Good times. Makes for a really compelling college football product, right, ESPN?100%. When their given the overall number one ranking before the season even starts annually and allowed to conduct themselves in any mischief they desire this is what you get. Like anyone really wants to go to Tuscaloosa Alabama. I love 45 minutes from there. The place is a dump and the school is gobbich. Get rid of Mark Emmert and watch Saban retire and the honeymoon end. Sick of it already. The fact that Fields isnāt even considered a top 5 finalist is crazy to me. Any QB with a $500k offensive line could be Mac freakin Jones. Guy has four and a half hours to throw.
Don't be an SEC groupie, this is 100% false. If all coaches were given an even playing field, we might not even know his name.Yāall might hate him..But Saban is..and will forever will be..THAT GUY ..![]()
**** all that. **** always been crooked. Some programs have always had a bigger ābudgetā then others. Was even worse back in the day. The playing field is even. That **** just doing better than anyone else ever hadDon't be an SEC groupie, this is 100% false. If all coaches were given an even playing field, we might not even know his name.
Saban takes care of the trenches. Iāve seen Najee have multiple hoes to choose from. Plus, they are not missing on their WRs. I mean look at Metchie; yes heās a 4 star, but he was considered the 40th best WR in the nation & 6th in his state of NJ....dude is blowing the top off of coverage, too!
What Bama has done is created an uber cycle of competition. The ones who donāt fit, despite their rankings, hit the portal, while others wait their turn b/c itās like a revolving gun chamber.
As much as I hate Bama, I mean we used to be them. Yeah, Bama had a lot of non integrated Natāl Championship before us; but during modern football, they won four championships in 20 yr span prior to Saban, & we won 5 championships (albeit it shouldāve been at least 8 -ā86, ā88, ā03) in a 20 yr span.
We had our trench game tight, S&C game tight, competition at every single level where the best of the best survived, evals were tight, all in which attracted the top kids from across the nation to come here.
Smh; oh what a time to be alive.
It takes vision to capitalize.Having multiple hoes to choose from is always a good thing.
WR have become the new arms race.. Freakin Bama is showing how its done.. smh at what we have done lately..I think the more impressive advantage now is how they've loaded up at WR and their QBs throw into insane windows.
