Not surprised by anything anymore. Kids seems like he's playing games/immature (decided 10 min ago? wtf then why commit now...) and wants even more $$$ or attention.

I look at it like this - crooting is no longer a zero sum game. In the past you lose a guy like this, you lose and there's nothing you can do. But now? Well you still have the huge amount of money you were about to pay him so you can go throw it at someone else. Go portal shopping with that 7-figure sum i assume this kid was going to get. Plenty of talent to be had in a few days when the portal opens.

Nah. If this guy still has his offer on the table Mario is weak. Cannot be played like this when the program is finally elite and has momentum. Move on without this zest fest

Honest question… where are the holes in the Canes operation? Is there a disconnect between recruits and coaches? NIL not what it is represented as? Will it simply take continued success over multiple years? What doesn’t the fanbase see that isn’t working?
 
Here we are two days from the biggest game we’ve played in God knows how long, and some of you are so addicted to being negative that you can’t help yourselves.

One single commit doesn’t swing our way, who by the way hasn’t signed anywhere yet, and we’re a year away from seeing how this class actually turns out.

You people need mental health counseling.

OSU fans are the WOAT. Just terrible people. Every single one of them. I have never met an OSU fan that isn't a complete and utter POS and the women might even be worse.

We just got played. You ok with that mess? I did think this kid has too much zest and sunshine for D-Line anyhow. But this set the program back. Mauigoa committing to the Canes on TV was a propellor for future success. This was the opposite.

You’re being over emotional over a single event. Someone can say that in itself, is super zesty. Kids are gonna play teams like this, happens all the time. Even happens to the top recruiting teams. It’s important to keep perspective.

Cmon, if you don’t want to recruit the kid, fine, it’s your opinion but calling Mario weak if this kid still has an offer shows that you aren’t looking at it as the business it is. This is about talent acquisition, it has always been about that.

This is also HS recruiting, every P4 coach is dealing with immature kids with inflated egos that love to troll. **** when we are on the positive end of that trolling, us fans usually eat that **** up.

If we have other kids lined up, that’s cool to but I’m not gonna get upset cause amother kid acted immature yet again. Recruiting is about getting the best players possible to help you win.
