The broadcast said Alex Sosa is leaving Brewster soon and shutting things down for rest of summer

And I had him penciled in as a starter or big contributor prior to last season.
Wouldn’t be against this. Three guys who showed willingness to compete and know what Laz/JD want. Could be very good but, 2 more arms to support them and make them grind and want it more would be amazing. Offense imo is not an issue at all. With the draft gutting out pitching transfers this upcoming season looks to be on shaky ground now. At best your rotation is Ciscar, Evans, and Derias. That leaves no one for weekday and a worse bullpen than this year.
You mentioned a while back a few top 250 transfers visited, are you expecting another arm to commit soon?Wouldn’t be against this. I have Erick Peralta, Sebastian Santos Olsen and Max Porirer, scratch max off that list now. I would add Jack Durso or Jake Lodgek as the next ones upSo much for recruiting Canadian kids. Are any of the incoming Freshman arms expected to contribute meaningfully in 2026?
July 28 at 5 p.m. ET is the deadline for him to sign with the PhilliesAny update on Walters not signing? Does he have anymore eligibility?
Gonna do my best impression of @DMoney here1 of you guys must know AROD , Braun , Gravy , Pat the Bat , CJ - Can we get a couple hundred grand and get 2 starting pitchers ! ! Please don’t let us waste this possible lineup with only 6 useful arms … Even Peyton Manning wants to yell “ Omaha “ for us …![]()
