He openly acknowledged the 10-20k handshakes because that seems like drops in the bucket compared to today's NIL contracts. However, he conveniently left out the free cars and 100k bags he and many other SEC types were getting.

There is no way Tyrann Mathieu only got paid 20-40k cash while playing at LSU.

He has a valid point that I’ve mentioned this past week. If there was a cap, it would kill us because the SEC bag schools would pay far more under the table than everyone once again. It’s terrible for us and that’s how they’re going to try to help the bag schools and the two big conferences. Unless we’re able to keep going over the cap and pay the tax???

Don’t ever see a cap the kids would sue the ncaa and they would fold . It would affect them too
