2026 Portal QBs

I'd never dispute that, and for all I know, they have a stud lined up. I don't doubt their ability to pull it off. I question the approach, and it makes me wonder about the narrative that's been pushed for decades.

"Win and they will come."

Tough to be too critical, but I hate this process.
But it assumes they didn't try. They went after Leavitt and Sorsby. And now hopefully got the Duke kid. You strike out early sometimes.

Lets see what this kid has for 2026.

Sorry for the misunderstanding . Not everyone has common sense . He just went into the portal we might lose two so I thought we should offer him
I mean I didn’t know what you were saying either though I couldn’t imagine that what you posted was what you were trying to say. Lol. That’s not the type of thing you say

Seeing as Duke has decided to sue Mensah to try and force him to stay at Duke I would imagine we will see Lucas Part 2 with his unenrolling at Duke and enrolling at Miami and Heitner retained as his lawyer by EOB today? They can claim he cannot earn NIL elsewhere but you cannot prevent the kid from choosing to transfer when there is no CBA and NIL isn't supposed to be pay for play.

When schools do **** like this it looks so bad imo. It’s beyond obvious that a college can’t prevent a kid from enrolling and playing sports at another college.

Try to recoup any monies, fine, but you can’t “keep” anyone at your school. Ridiculous look.

So, where do we realistically end up at QB now? NSIP, I read the Duke thing could stretch to Spring.
The roster seems to be in good shape aside from the most important position.
Toney was a QB in HS right, hahaha j/k...kinda...
