The legal stuff is tricky. I do think Darren Heitner is Miami's outside counsel on NIL-related stuff, so I'm sure he's informed them of the NIL and legal ramifications.

Let's hope the threat of legal action and the contract language doesn't scare Mensah into staying put. It seemed to work on Demon Williams.

My understanding the NIl isn’t the issue it’s the rev share contract that can be a problem . But Duke is leaking NIL stuff
