Don’t hate him. I’ve seen him a few times since I have friends associated with western. Only issue is he has pretty limited arm strength and erratic accuracy. Not sure how well that’ll translate to better athletes playing on d.

I'm hearing that the program might as well fold up because Lane has locked up the portal for the next 4 years. If we could only be LSU instead of playing for #6 we would have a bright future.

I wouldn't call them stars either, but Raiola completed almost 73% and got injured in his 9th game, so it's not a simple comparison.
Personally, I think there were only a few guys actually close to star-level that we were after, and obviously we've struck out on them.
I wouldn't mind Bailey at this point, but I seriously doubt he's coming here anyway. This has been a disaster, anyone pretending otherwise is just being a homer lol

Based off that his last year was very good, albeit a bad Miami game. Strong Arm, solid mobility, 3k plus passer, top 15 QBR, NFL frame. He is
one of the better QBs returning in college. CJ the local prospect is NOT the same as CJ the NCST starter. Bailey is a star QB who looks well on his way to being NFL caliber, not a drop off from the other top portal guys.

Bailey's has been recruiting his soFla buddies to NCSU. I know stranger things have happened in the recruiting wars, but It doesn't sound to me he's going anywhere.

The kid is 19 and his numbers are on par with all the other qbs that y’all want. Yes he has things to work on but he is only 19 and he will get better

Word on the street is that we are having multiple conversations with multiple options, maybe more, unless those conversations have stalled. This should be wrapped up by this afternoon, unless it's not. In which case the conversations will continue on into tomorrow potentially, unless they don't.
