They got a kid from Houston who was at Louisiana-Lafayette before that, but they have a kid from Ball State who was the MAC freshman of the year in 2024 who transferred last year and sat behind Retzlaff that is probably going into spring as QB1. They also have a redshirt freshman they really like and a true freshman who is Doug Johnson's (UF's QB after Wuerffel) son who played for Carson Palmer this year (yes, Carson Palmer is a high school coach in California).

Ohio state tried to throw the bag at him last year when the team was hot garbage and Fisch left. Massive bucks and he turned it down. He's also a poly and those kids are extremely loyal no matter what. Id be stunned.

@Cribby - there is an arrogance about this program and another team in your avatar (Eagles) that you and I share and that organization had a head coach that is as arrogant as they come that hopefully this season for him and this process of acquiring a QB slaps the the **** out of the face of Mario and staff to humble themselves back down a few notches.
