Since it was a slow burn, not that bad. Had this all hit one after another in one day it’d be crazy. One guy said he’s tired of Mario. Five days before a chance at a title.

If we swing back to CJ Bailey, and I'd be ecstatic if we somehow pull that off (I doubt we do), the price tag is going to be much higher than it was at the beginning of the portal period. Not only because of the buyout, but any QB has us by the balls right now, and their agents know it.

Well, if you're trying to compete for a national championship, margins matter. Allocating an extra $1M or $2M to the QB could be the difference in landing Damon Wilson or Jordan Seaton. So I care. Obviously QB is the most important position, so do whatever it takes.

Also for the Raiola crowd, I’m as high on him as anyone else…but there’s two rumors.

1. He’s willing to sit for a year and learn
2. He’s not going to be ready by September.

#2 is the only thing that makes sense regarding Raiola because him settling for a backup spot does not without #2

Look man, we’ve pocketed $20M. If we can’t slide an extra $2M to a QB while getting them what’s the **** point in any of this operation.
